TERMS OF SERVICE
Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of ShopGlobalPrime and purchases made through our online store. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies made available at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Information supplied at checkout or through a customer account must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
Products and availability
We aim to display product descriptions, images, colours, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may affect appearance. Products, quantities, specifications, and availability may change without notice.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, delivery restrictions, or misuse. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or fulfilled. Cancellation requests must follow our published cancellation rules.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and import fees may be added where applicable. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors and will contact you when an order is affected.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping methods, charges, estimates, tracking, customs responsibilities, and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, restocking fees, cancellation requests, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
You may use the store only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You must not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape protected content in violation of applicable law, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Intellectual property
Store branding, original text, graphics, images, video, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to ShopGlobalPrime and are protected by applicable law. You may view the content for personal shopping use but may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without permission.
Third-party services
The store may use Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, and other third-party services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. ShopGlobalPrime is responsible for sales made by ShopGlobalPrime; Shopify is the commerce platform provider and is not the seller.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers needed to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, and fulfill orders.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided as available. We do not exclude any warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. For losses that may lawfully be limited, our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply from their stated effective date and do not remove rights that already arose under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s jurisdiction.
